About the Artist

Charles Finley stepped away from a restaurant career of nearly twenty years to pursue his love for art and to invest more time with his son. The subjects of his watercolor paintings range from sweeping landscapes to private homes, from personal pets to sports highlights.

His ever-expanding "Main Street" series displays Charles' affinity for historical architecture. With the cooperation of city directors, he paints beloved buildings that line the streets of numerous towns in the southeast United States. Charles makes his home in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in Maryville, Tennessee.
